The women must understand that these factors of risk must be avoided as much as possible. With some changes of life style, all the women can live healthy lives without risk for the cardiac disorder. Naturally, there are other factors of risk which increase the risk for the heart disease among women. These factors of risk include the age, heredity, the effects of the menopause etc. By adopting some changes of life style such as obtaining more exercise, eating well, stopping to smoke, the women can rigorously reduce inclination for the cardiac disorder. It is important not only for the heart disease but for other diseases as well.
