Vegetarian: To be a vegetarian would help your heart, you can take, the fruits and fresher vegetables, cantaloupe juice which contains the adenosine, would help the muscle of heart. Avoid oily and spiced food. The vegetarian food prevents the pain of angina and maintains arteries clean because only the livestock products like the meat, the egg and other livestock products are rich in cholesterol. They also have the abundance of saturated fat that the body converts into cholesterol.
Increase antioxidants: The vitamins A, C and E are the antioxidants which were shown to prevent the pain of angina. The vegetarian is rich in these antioxidants. When your food is rich in fruits, vegetables and grains you can be assured that your body obtains all required food.
Aspirin: The amount of aspirin recommended by the doctor can reduce the risk of heart attack. A small aspirin helped the patients presenting the unstable angina. Aspirin prevents the formation of the clots of blood. The development of the clots in the blood stream prevents blood to the arteries and that can lead to the heart attacks. But you should get the advice and recommendation of your doctor before taking medicine. It is because you can test certain side effects like the internal bleeding and it could act on the other drugs which you take.
Go for the regular training session: If you are exerted intensely, there are chances that you could test the pain of angina.
